1. Reservations

• 1.2. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 30 minutes in advance.

2. Your Responsibilities

• 2.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation.
• 2.2. You must arrive on time. Reservations may be canceled if you are more than 1 hour late without prior notice.

3. Payments

• 3.1. Payment for services (e.g., dining) will be made at the restaurant unless otherwise specified.
• 3.2. We do not collect payment information online for reservations.

4. Liability

• 4.1. Bica dos Cavalos is not liable for damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from cancellations, delays, or errors in your reservation.
